"Surprisingly, they got it all right"
I got exactly what I ordered, and everything was correct. i was kind of expecting at least one little mix-up, because that seems to happen more often than it should, but there were no issues at all.

"Nice quality and gentle on skin"
I was impressed with this. The ingredients feel a lot better than the usual hotel soaps and toiletries, and the scent is clean without being overwhelming. My skin didn’t feel dried out afterward, which I really appreciated. It is a little pricey, but overall I had a good experience with it.

"Pretty decent overall"
Got it the other day and didn’t really have any issues opening everything up. It arrived fine, nothing was messy or damaged, and the whole thing felt like it was put together with some care. After looking it over for a bit, I’d say the packaging was nice and the presentation was clean enough, just not anything super fancy

"That hotel scent I couldn’t forget"
I first noticed William Roam during a hotel stay years ago, it was one of the few details from that trip that really stuck with me. I couldn’t tell you much about the lobby or anything like that, but I remembered the scent right away. I finally ordered it online, and it brought back that same cozy, clean hotel feeling at home. Nothing over the top to say, I just really like it. Shipping was fine too.

"Shipping Was Faster Than I Thought"
The shipping was quicker than I expected. I got updates along the way, which was nice, and the package arrived without any issues or hassle. It’s such a relief when an order just shows up on time like it’s supposed to. Little things like that really make me feel good about ordering again...

"Great scent, but not totally perfect"
I first tried the shampoo and lotion at a hotel and really liked the smell. It’s clean and fresh without being too overpowering, and my wife even asked what it was. That said, the shampoo was just okay for my hair and didn’t feel especially moisturizing, but the scent definitely made a good impression.

"Decent Site, but Checkout Took Too Long"
The site was okay overall, but I found it a little confusing to get around at times. The checkout process also felt slow, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t terrible, but I did end up feeling a bit disappointed by the end

"Hair and skin feel good"
I ended up trying the shampoo and lotion after all that, and they’ve been nice so far. My hair feels soft but not totally flat, which I was kind of worried about. The lotion leaves my skin feeling clean too, not tight or dry. Overall, happy with it.
